Referring Process

RGV Endodontics, LLP thanks you for your referral and entrusting us with your patient. To start the referring process, please call our office to make the appointment for your patient. Then simply fill out our referral form and fax or e-mail it to the most convenient location for your patient.

Please don't forget to mark if we are to do a permanent or temporary filling, so we can provide the patient with the best possible estimate for treatment if needed.

X-rays

No Pano's or Bitewings, unless we request them; we will be taking our own x-rays

Our consultation fee is $100 and additional fees may apply if more than one are is evaluated (if you need an estimate please call our office)

If your patient has questions or concerns with finances please have the patient call our office, our staff will be happy to help.
